Shipping:

   All items are packed carefully and with love. Please understand that we have no control of your package once it is shipped. If item is received damaged, we will work with you and the shipping partner to recover damages.

Returns:

   Returns are considered depending on circumstances only within 10 days of delivery. Tumblers are non-returnable. If any item is allowed to be returned it must be sent back in original shipping condition. Any damages will be deducted from return funds. All returns must be approved by us before shipping back.
